Sunset Yoga & Private Salt Cave – September 25th & October 23th

Immerse yourself in an evening of deep relaxation and connection.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute private Salt Cave session, soaking in its nourishing properties and benefits of salt therapy together. In the final 15 minutes, your instructor Ceiara, will guide you through gentle, mindful movements will guide your awareness back to the present, preparing body and mind for yoga on the deck overlooking downtown and the beautiful mountains. As the sun sets over the mountains, enjoy a grounding Slow-Flow-N-Yin practice on the deck —unraveling tension in the body, quieting the mind, and setting the tone for a sweet, restful sleep. Props (yoga blocks, straps, and blankets) are provided. Space is limited to just 10 participants, so reserve your spot today. You are welcome to slowly stroll the meditation gardens and labyrinth before or after our time together. Please bring your own mat or we will have them provided.
