Asheville Salt Cave is a hiring for a PT Guest Concierge

Monday, Thursday, and Saturday shifts. Please do not apply if you cannot work the weekends. We are a small staff with a family-like vibe, so finding the right fit is important to us. The ideal candidate has some flexibility in their schedule to help other staff accommodate time off/coverage needs. We are looking for a team player who is a strong multi-tasker and self-starter to fill a unique and dynamic position. This receptionist position requires:

• Strong customer service skills, a real people person
• Aptitude for computers/software
• Multitasker
• Answering phones, emails, client inquires
• Real time problem solving and creativity
• Works well with others and by themselves
• Organization & cleanliness
• Clear compassionate communication with fellow staff and clients
• Interest in holistic health and wellness
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently
• Public speaking/educating

We hope to find someone who is a resourceful problem solver who is excited to learn about salt therapy, massage therapy, and wellness and has the drive to continue that education and share that knowledge with our clients. The ideal candidate will help us create and maintain a relaxing meditative atmosphere, holding space for those clients on their healing journey. They can start working soon, will bring positivity to the work environment, previous experience with spa receptionists/customer service, attention to detail, and is looking for long term employment. We would love someone who has a positive attitude about work and a willingness to pick up more shifts when needed. Wage compensation $19/hour (after a 6 week training/orientation period at $18/hr) plus tips. Perks:
