Sarah

Massage Therapist

With nearly a decade of experience teaching movement through personal training, group fitness, and aerial arts, Sarah brings a deep understanding of the body and a passion for helping people feel more connected to themselves. Her journey through movement has taught her that the body holds valuable information, and she believes that developing a stronger awareness of the body can be a powerful part of healing and well-being.

Sarah’s massage style is flowing, intuitive, and therapeutic. She incorporates trigger point therapy and thoughtful, intentional touch to address areas of tension while supporting the body’s natural ability to relax and release. Each session is tailored to the individual, whether the goal is easing muscular tension, improving body awareness, or simply creating space to slow down and reconnect.

With a degree in Social Work and extensive experience in trauma informed care, Sarah brings a compassionate and person-centered approach to her work. She understands the importance of creating an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and comfortable in their bodies. Her background in movement and social work allows her to approach bodywork from both a physical and holistic perspective, recognizing the connection between the body, nervous system, and overall well-being.

Sarah loves helping people develop a deeper relationship with their bodies and believes that massage can be more than simply relieving tension; it can be an opportunity to pause, listen inward, and emerge feeling more at home in your body.
